I really don’t write reviews to be honest but this experience I had to. First I just want to thank the people who did write about this place, that was one reason I decided to go here. I have a 2020 Nissan Maxima that I need my front windshield replace I called Shaffer the owner he took my information and text me back right away with a reasonable price. It gets better I drop my car off and within hours it was ready for pick up. My husband said to the owner is my lane change alert feature back on the car, his response was I only change the windshield but do me favor drive it before you pay me and come back. When he came back it wasn’t working on the car. The owner then said don’t pay me I will check this out and call you back, remind you they close in a few. He called back and said it’s not consistent but I drove it and check out some options and it does come on. This feature was very important and my husband was not happy that it’s not coming on as it was. Well thru the whole conversation the owner never said anything negative he said ma’am I am not taking anything from you until your car is how it should be I called my mechanic and he said it probably need to have a ADAS calibrati

I had an amazing experience with the guys from Southside Auto Glass! They came to me which was much needed because my windshield was cracked all the way through. They arrived early and finished the job way faster than I thought. Overall, quality, price, customer service and efficiency are 5 stars. I’ll definitely be referring people. Thank yall again!!

My rear windshield bursted and I was in immediate need of a replacement. I reached out to Shaffer and he was very communicative and the price was way better than any other quote I received from other places. My glass was replaced the next day and I was in and out in 30 minutes and the team was very professional. I would highly recommend!!! 10/10

Thank you Soo much to Southside Auto Glass LLC I went to get a quote and they had me all fixed up and ready to go within an hour. My rear driver side window was shattered after my car was broken into. They were quick got the correct window with the factory tint so my windows wouldn't be mismatched and price was great 👍🏾they also vacuumed up all the glass...I've never had to replace a window so I wasn't sure if it was included but glad it was.
